Real World Experience
Virgle Osborne has worn many hats throughout his life. Whether it was working in management at Roseburg Lumber Company, managing a Carquest dealer, attaining a West Coast Sales Manager position with Franklin International Adhesives, or becoming a senior account manager for FCC Commercial Furniture, Virgle has considerable business experience.
Strong Business Leader
In 2014, Virgle used his vast experience to create his own company – Twin Peaks Off Road. Established in September of that year, Twin Peaks is a small but robust company specializing in 4-wheel drive vehicle accessories and builds. As the sole owner of the company, he oversees a close team of experienced and passionate individuals.
Small Beginnings, Big Impacts
Outside of normal business hours, Virgle ensured he gave back to the communities that helped mold him into the person he is today. In the early 2000s, he first served on the City of Winston’s Planning Commission, helping guide and further city prosperity. Ever since his first act of public service, Virgle has never slowed down.
A Record of Giving Back
He currently volunteers for the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department Search and Rescue Team and serves as Chairman of the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office SAR non-profit Friends of DCSAR. Virgle serves as Chairman on the Douglas County Planning Commission and was voted into the Oregon State Parks and Recreation Department’s OHV Oversite Committee and Sub Grant Committee, where he advises the Governor on OHV laws and regulations. In 2019, Virgle established Champagne Creek Ranch as a non-profit that benefits Greater Douglas United Way and helps handicap people gain access to outdoor recreation.
Family Roots
Virgle was born and raised in Douglas County. He lives with his wife of nearly 20 years, Toni, who is a retired registered nurse with over 30 years of working in healthcare.
